Shipping policy

Orders ship from Austin, Texas within 2 business days, with tracking emailed as soon as your package is on its way.

Shipping rates: $8 flat rate on orders under $150. Free shipping on orders of $150 and up.

• Where we ship: United States only, for now.
• Carrier: USPS or UPS, depending on the item. Most orders arrive 2–5 business days after they ship.
• Packaging: each piece is steamed or cleaned as needed, folded in tissue and packed with care.
• Lost or damaged packages: email us at hello@curated-atx.com with your order number and we’ll work with the carrier to sort it out.
